Summary
I began my Real Estate career with RE/MAX Associates in 2004. In 2006 I co-founded RE/MAX Team REO; A specialized team dedicated to the marketing and sale of Bank-Owned/Foreclosure properties. Our team has sold dozens of REO foreclosure properties of all sizes and prices. In addition to selling foreclosures, I work with buyers by listening to their wants and needs- and then find them that perfect property. I also work with sellers one on one, and market their homes at full exposure to sell at the highest possible price- in the shortest amount of time.
Born and raised in San Diego, I entered real estate immediately following high school, earned my real estate license, and was mentored by my step-mother Ginger Bass, a renowned successful San Diego Broker. Throughout the years I learned and placed critical importance on dedication, integrity, and accomplishing our clients' goals. In 2008, Ginger passed away. With determination and the support of my associates, I was able to take lead of the business and finished off the year strong, earning the RE/MAX 100% Award in 2008, and then again in '09.
